Hip Pain

Hip PainjonSeptember 8, 2020January 12, 2021

The hip joint can be confusing – most people can’t even accurately locate where it is situated.

We know our anatomy and we are expert at differentiating the underlying cause of your hip pain. An osteoarthritic hip can benefit from soft-tissue release, joint mobilisations, strengthening and stretching.

We also rehabilitate total hip replacements. There are a variety of tendinopathies – Gluteus Medius, Iliopsoas, Adductor for example – which require individualised exercise programs. Muscle strains are less common but often we find imbalance problems related to weakness or shortening.
